November 28, 1941 — February 24, 2013

Richard Aldon "Dick" McKinley, age 71, of Morley, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Michigan. The son of Ralph Aldon & Margaret (Rhodes) McKinley, he was born on November 28, 1941 in St. Johns and worked most of his life as a woodcutter. Dick enjoyed driving race cars, fishing and especially being in the woods with his chainsaw. He also enjoyed being an Amish driver.. transporting them throughout the nation over many years. Richard is survived by longtime friend and soul mate, Kay Harris; his chidlren, Richard McKinley Jr. of Muskegon, Donna McKinley of Muskegon, Sandy Tiffany of Fenwick, Mike Antoine of Greenville, and Melissa McKinley of Trufant. Richard also is survived by several siblings, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to come celebrate Dick's life at a memorial service on Saturday, March 2, 2013 beginning at 12:00 Noon at the Deerfield Township Hall, 396 E. Fourth Street, Morley, Michigan 49336. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements were entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
