The son of Sheryl Ann (Case) & Richard Leonard Jackman, Sr., he was born on November 14, 1967 in Grayling and was a graduate of Manton High School. Committal services, with military honors, are at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Road, Augusta.
