Richard Henry Freye, 100, of Shelbyville passed away on January 11, 2020 at home under the loving care of his family and Wings of Hope Hospice. The son of Henry & Theodora Irene (Poppen) Freye, hewas born on April 06, 1919 in Sioux City, Iowa. Richard was a proud veteran of the Navy serving during WWII.
