Reid Presnell

Reid DeWayne Presnell, age 52, of Allendale, Michigan, died on Saturday, April 8, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born on October 9, 1970, in Indianapolis to DeWayne and Norma (Kilgore) Presnell. Reid graduated from Warren Central High School in 1989 and Cincinnati Christian University in 2014. In 2019 he was ordained by Southport Heights Christian Church as a Christian Minister. He worked in Human Resources for 23 years, the majority of which was spent with Franciscan Alliance. In 2017 he founded Presnell Consulting and Coaching; his most cherished career endeavor born out of his personal passion for mentoring others. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Angie Presnell; sons, Austin (Olivia) Presnell of Grand Rapids, MI; Logan (Sarah) Presnell of Grand Rapids, MI; and Mason (Tabi) Presnell of Indianapolis, IN; and two grandsons, Emmaus Reid, and Asa Reid Presnell. Reid is also survived by his brother Brad (Jeanine) Presnell and two nieces, Emma and Jay Presnell. Reid's special family friends survive also, Nancy Duncan, Deedra Duncan, and Hannah (Daniel) Hills. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norma and DeWayne Presnell. A celebration of Reid's life will be held at Indian Creek Christian Church (6430 S. Franklin Road, Indianapolis) on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 10:00am-12:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will immediately follow with Eric Denney officiating.
