Rebecca Rita Hanson, age 61, of Mason, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012 at Hospice House of Mid-Michigan in Lansing. The daughter of Vern & Katherine (Taylor) Garlow, she was born on July 11, 1950 in Mason and worked for General Motors. Survivors include a son, Gregory L. Hanson of Holland. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements were entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
