Ray Simmons

Mr. Raymond Junior Simmons, age 77, of Spring Lake, formerly of Apache Junction, Arizona, passed away Monday, Aug. 6, 2007 at his home. The son of Raymond Warren & Ruth (Gregg) Simmons, he was born on March 21, 1930 in Grand Rapids. Ray was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as an electrician. Survivors include his wife, Jean (Bochenek) Simmons of Spring Lake. As Raymond wished, his body was donated to ScienceCare Anatomical of Denver, Colorado, for the advancement of medical science and research. The Brown-Teman & Christiansen Funeral Home, Greenville, was entrusted with the arrangements.
