Randy Scott McGuire, age 57, of Greenville, Michigan, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2026 from injuries received in a motorcycle accident in Fairplains Townhip.

The son of Cecil Wayne & Evelyn Joyce (Sturdavant) McGuire, he was born on Ocober 21, 1968 in Reed City, Michigan. Randy worked for many years at Freeman's Auto & Radiator Services in Greenville and was an avid motorcyclist.

On November 14, 1998, in Ionia, Michigan, he married Julie Ann Winright and together they enjoyed nearly 28 years of marriage and delighted in participating in the annual Blessing of the Bikes in Baldwin for many years.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jesse Dean McGuire; his mother, Evelyn McGuire;  and his step-father-in-law, Larry Lee Unverzagt.

Surviving are his wife, Julie McGuire of Greenville; his father and step-mother, Cecil & & Linda McGuire; his children, Charles Owen “Charlie” Rossetter & Marci Bakos, Cheyenne Lynn McGuire, and Harley Thomas McGuire; his grandchildren, Owen Rossetter, Kaden McFarland, Kegan McFarland, Peyton McFarland, and Kolton Ennis; two brothers and a sister, Rick & Connie McGuire, Tom McGuire, and Debbie Juarez; his mother-in-law, Linda Unverzagt; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of Randy’s life is being planned and will be announced later.
