Randy Gottesleben

Randy Lee Gottesleben sadly left his earthly family and friends on Friday, April 5, 2024. He was born January 8, 1951 in Greenville, residing there and also in Belding. His career was in paint and auto body repair plus working at B&O Saws Inc. and Perforated Tubes, Inc. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Mary (Root) Gottesleben; and a sister, Trudy (Gottesleben) Klepper. Randy is survived by his sister Lora (Gottesleben) & George Hooper; his son, Benjamin Gottesleben; his former wife and good friend, Lynne Losinger; step-sons, Chris Harrison and Dave Harrison; and many nephews and nieces. Very near and dear to Randy was spending plenty of guy time with his son Ben. Randy loved watching the wildlife around him, gardening, loving his pets, and enjoying his fun hobbies such as model ship building. In his later years he contently resided at Care Cardinal Cascade in Grand Rapids, enjoying the staff and other residents. We will have this huge void in our lives from Randy's passing, our mild- mannered good soul, with a strong will for life, will always remain in our hearts. Graveside committal services are at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at East Montcalm Cemetery, Greenville. The Rev. Jeff Williams, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, will officiate.
