Randall R. Tibble, age 65, of Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Heartland Health Care Center. The son of Robert & Patsy (Johnson) Tibble, he was born on October 02, 1951 in Grand Rapids. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
