Quinten Allen Watkins

Quinten Allen Watkins, age 78 of LeRoy, Michigan, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2026 at home. Quinten was born May 09, 1947 in Cadillac, Michigan, son of Arnold and Lola Watkins. He married the love of his life, Cynthia Watkins on October 17, 1980 in Big Rapids, Michigan. 

He is survived by his wife Cynthia Watkins of LeRoy, Michigan; two children: Benjamin Ryan Watkins (wife-Katie) of Freeland, Michigan, Nathan Robert Watkins (friend-TiAany) of Cadillac, Michigan; four grandchildren: Ella Grace Watkins of Freeland, Michigan, Quinn Roderick Watkins of Freeland, Aiden Larry-Allen Watkins of Cadillac, Michigan, and Mila Cynthia-Marie Watkins of Cadillac, Michigan. One sister, Virginia Watkins of Hersey, Michigan.

 He was preceded in death by his parents; Lola and Arnold Watkins, and his brother Allen Quinten Watkins. 

Quinten in his younger years enjoyed fishing, hunting, and working with the boys on their basketball 3on3 teams and watching them play endless soccer throughout the years and other school sports. In his later years he enjoyed when his grandchildren came to visit and see them grow and play. And going to watch their school and sports activities when he could. 

In trying to honor Quint’s request he was cremated and there will be no formal funeral service.
