Phyllis West

Phyllis West, age 76, of Sparta, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021. She was born on February 24, 1944, in Ann Arbor to Clarence and Lela (Carpenter) Norwood. She is survived by her four children Jack (Kathy) Briggs, Mike (Matilda) Briggs, Tim (Rhonda) Briggs, and James (Diane) Briggs. As well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
