Phyllis Smith

Phyllis Marie Smith, age 49, of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family on Monday, January 23, 2023, after a battle with cancer. She was born January 31, 1973, to Leroy Smith and Deborah Harbor. Phyllis was an avid dog lover and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her son, Keith Smith; mother, Deborah Harbor; siblings, Leroy Jr., Laverne, Felicia, Vicky, Ronnie, Eddie (Michelle), her twin, Phillip, Anthony, Alphonso, and Priscilla Smith; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Phyllis was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Smith. Per her wishes cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Spectrum Health Hospice and dear, family friend, Terry Beckwith.
