Phyllis J. Patterson(Simmons), age 87, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 in the comfort of her own home. The daughter of Gerald & Bessie (Purvis) Simmons, she was born on August 31, 1926 in Ithaca, Michigan. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
