Phan T. Nguyen, age 84, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at home surrounded by family. The daughter of Hinh & Nam (Phan) Nguyen, she was born on August 16, 1931 in Cai Be, My Tho. Honoring her wishes cremation will take place.
