Pauline O’Brien

Pauline Rae O’Brien, age 70, of Lakeview, Michigan, passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 at her home under the loving care of her family and Corewell Health Hospice. The daughter of Martin Daniel & Leone Shirley (Roberts) O’Brien, she was born on February 11, 1955 in Carson City, Michigan. After graduating in 1973 from Lakeview High School, she attended cosmetology school. Pauline retired from Leprino Foods where she worked as a factory supervisor. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, coffee socials, watching the wildlife from her patio and collecting antiques. Pauline was an animal lover and never met a stray she didn’t try to save or adopt. What she enjoyed most was spending time with family, specifically her grandchildren and great grand daughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leone Moody and Martin O’Brien, an infant son Colton Rae O’Brien Muste and her significant other Doug Dalrymple. Surviving are her children, Tracy Day of Daytona Beach, Florida, and Marty (Jessica) Normand of Barryton, Michigan; grandchildren, Allison (Austin) Cameron of Daytona Beach, Florida, Daniel (Bree) Cole of Lakeview, MIchigan, Tyler Normand and Riley Normand of Barryton, Michigan, great-grand daughter, Lucy Grace Cameron of Daytona Beach, Florida and son-in-law, Lonny Day; 2 brothers, Gary (Sharon) Mills of Battle Creek, Michigan, Marty (Brenda) O’Brien of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, 3 sisters, Karen Brenneman of Boise, Idaho, Cheryl (Ray) Hutson of Edmore, Michigan, Sheila Mier of Lakeview, Michigan and many nieces and nephews.
