Paula Allen

Paula Lynn Allen, age 39, of Cedar Springs, passed away early Saturday morning, Sept. 22, 2007 at home under the loving care of her family and Hospice. The daughter of Robert L. & Nancy S. (LeBaron) Allen, she was born on Jan. 10, 1968 in Greenville. A 1986 graduate of Cedar Springs High School, Paula was an avid baker and especially enjoyed making Holiday treats for her family and friends. She also enjoyed computers and shopping. She is survived by her best friend and life companion, Jim Maxwell of Cedar Springs; her parents, Robert & Nancy Allen of Gowen; a sister, Angela & Duane Bittner of Paris, and their daughter, Katie; a brother, Eric Allen of Rockford; Jims parents, Bob & Ruth Maxwell of Cedar Springs; Jims brothers and sisters, Ardith & Alan Rouse, Lori & Gene Finch, all of Cedar Springs, Amy MacDonald & Darrell Helsley of Grand Rapids, Tracy & John Merlington of Pierson, Rex & Sarah Maxwell of Cedar Springs; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007 at the BelGreen Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 9799 W. Baker Road, Greenville, with burial following at Spencer Mills Cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 7-9 p.m. at the Brown-Teman & Christiansen Funeral Home, 511 S.
