Patricia Ann "Patsy Parks, age 50, of Belding, went Home to her Lord peacefully on Monday, Nov. 1, 2010 surrounded by her family. The daughter of Delbert D. & Patricia Ann (Wilson) Ruid, she was born on November 13, 1959 in Belding. Patsy was a graduate of Saranac High School and had worked as a receptionist at Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids. She was preceded in death by her father, Delbert Ruid; and a brother, Thomas Ruid. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Trisha & Lee Trevino, and Cassandra & Ron Schnicke, all of Belding; her mother and step-father, Patricia & Jeff Jeffers; her grandchildren, Jordan Vanderlip, Isaac Vanderlip, Anna Schnicke, and Keegan Schnicke; her fiance', Randall Conner, and his children, Joshua, Amber, and Kristine, and his grandson, Logan; her brothers, Ken Ruid, Mike Ruid, Ronald & Kathy Ruid, Dale & Angie Ruid, and Tim & Lori Ruid. Also surviving are her life-long best friend, Kate Huizinga; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010 at Shiloh Community Church, Orleans, with a luncheon following.
