Patricia Laper

Patricia Lynn "Patti" Laper, age 57, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday morning, December 12, 2018 at home under the loving care of her family, friends, and Grace Hospice. The daughter of Charles R. & Ann (Hammer) Laper, she was born on August 17, 1961, in Greenville, and was a 1979 graduate of Greenville High School. For over 20 years, she worked in retail at Meijer, K-Mart, and Jorgensen's and enjoyed bird watching, trips to casino, visiting the Mackinac bridge, and cooking and baking. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann B. Laper, on May 25, 2014. Surviving are her daughter, Marcie Laper of Greenville; her father, Charles R. "Chuck" Laper, Sr. of Greenville; two brothers, Charles R. & Jody Laper, Jr. of Gaylord, and Albert Laper of Greenville; three sisters, Brenda Lutes, Kathleen Laper, both of Greenville, and Marnie & Mike Kronkowski of Cedar Springs; nephews and nieces, Charles R. & Kayce Laper III of Belding, Rayne Kronkowski, and Betsy Ann Laper, both of Greenville; three great-nephews, Aidan Slayton, Dominik Laper, and Brayden Kronkowski; special friend, Denise Knapp; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
