Patricia Ann DeYoung

Patricia Ann (Stiles) (Hewitt) DeYoung, of Clarksville, formerly of Lowell, age 84, beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, passed away February 4, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born May 6, 1941, to Jack R. Stiles and Lila June (Marvin) Stiles.

She attended Snow School on Snow Avenue, Lowell.

She married Melvin Wilson Hewitt on January 31, 1958, and together they had five children; Paula (Hewitt) and Thomas Kamp, Steve and Tamara Hewitt, Robin (Hewitt) and Jim Cahoon, Scott and Kathy Hewitt, Brian and Kimberly Hewitt; 26 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Connie Biggs.

She worked at factories and babysitting. She had her own store in 1996 called Creative Hands Craft Shop in Lowell. She also worked at Springrove Variety store in Lowell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Hewitt, sister Mary and brother-in-law Bud Robidoux, brother-in-law Richard Biggs, son Scott Hewitt, son-in-law Thomas Kamp and granddaughter Rhiannon Hewitt.

A Celebration of Life will be held February 28, from noon to 3 PM, at South Boston Bible Church Fellowship Building, 6958 Kyser Rd., Lowell, Michigan.
