Patricia A. Bisard, age 82, of Allegan, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at home surrounded by family. The daughter of Robert & Veronica (Miller) Crandall she was born on June 11, 1934 in Detroit. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
