Norman D. Payne, age 59, of Grand Haven, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at home.
The son of Donald & Viola (Laidal) Payne, he was born on May 14, 1955, in San Francisco, California.
Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
