Nissette Torres, age 68, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Heartland Health Care Center - Crestview in Wyoming. The daughter of Rosali Torres and Eduvigis Torres, she was born October 23, 1947 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
