Nina Jahr

Nina Ruth Jahr (Rozek), age 71, of Grand Rapids, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023. Nina was an admired educator who spent her career teaching, tutoring, and working with high need students at St. John's Home in Grand Rapids. She spent many years working with Girl Scouts of America and loved that time. Nina leaves behind her three children: Kathleen Parm, Kelly Jahr, and Thomas Jahr, as well as her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her two sisters - Kathy Rozek and Lynette Linderman - and her brother - Dan Rozek. Cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held at this time. There will be a Celebration of Life from 2:00-6:00 pm at Johnson Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on July 9, 2023.
