Nicole Catherine Sharp

Nicole Catherine Sharp, age 32, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, October 14, 2025 under the loving care of her parents and Corewell Health Hospice. 

Nicole Catherine is finally at peace, after a very long battle of several illnesses that plagued her for a good part of her life… end stage gastroparesis is what finally took her.

Nicole will be remembered for her extremely giving and caring heart – always thinking of others before herself. She had a hobby of crocheting, which she became amazing at, and never wanted to sell any of it- she liked to gift it instead. She loved doting on her nieces and nephew and cat.  

Nicole was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James & Lois Sharp.  She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Henry & Ruth Baron; her parents, Mike & Judith Sharp; a sister, Angela (Sharp) Oxford and brother-in-law, Brian Oxford; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Natural burial will take place privately at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens, 5151 8th Avenue, Grandville, Michigan, and a celebration of Nicole's life will be announced at a later date.

For a more lasting tribute to Nicole's beautiful memory, instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to your local animal rescue, shelter or other humanitarian charity.
