Nathan Heibeck, born as William Joseph Stout, was a man of many talents and passions. Born on September 2, 1962, in St. Louis, MO, Nathan was a creative, smart, and talented individual who touched many lives with his charisma and warmth. He was a devoted husband, and a cherished brother. Nathan's zest for life, his love of art, storytelling, and architecture were as enchanting as his character. As the saying goes, "The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well."
Nathan's career as a Real Estate Broker was not just his profession, but also his passion. For over 40 years, he led and owned real estate offices, bringing his unique blend of intelligence and creativity to the industry. His love for architecture was evident in his work and his hobbies. Whether it was watching movies, reviewing houses, or reminiscing about his travels, his love for design and structure always shined through. Nathan was also a budding screenwriter, working on a screenplay about a dance studio, a testament to his artistic spirit.
His love for travel and exploration was another facet of his vibrant personality. Hawaii, in particular, held a special place in his heart. It was his happy place - a sanctuary where he could unwind and relax. Nathan's life was a testament to the belief that "Traveling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller." And a remarkable storyteller he was, captivating everyone with his tales.
Nathan is survived by his loving husband Ryan Feier, his mother Mary O'Connor, his sisters Chris Most and Jane Fithian, and his brothers Roy Stout, James Stout, David Stout, Mark Stout, and Robert Heibeck. He was preceded in death by his step-father James Heibeck.
