Nancy Rae Hern, age 73, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010, at her daughter's home in Norton Shores. Nancy was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse at East Paris Internal Medicine in Grand Rapids.
Surviving are a daughter, Jaclyn Slocum.
Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place.
