Myron Sandefur

Myron Huey Sandefur, age 64, of Allegan, passed away on Monday April 5, 2021, in his home. He was born in Muncie, Indiana on June 2, 1956, to Ernest Sandefur and Ora Lee Sandefur (Adams). Myron was preceded in death by his father, mother, and his brothers, Bob Sandefur, Gaylon Sandefur, Allan Sandefur; and nephew, Jay Sandefur. Myron is survived by his daughters Felicia (Corey) Belden and KasSandra (Michel) Sego; grandchildren, Alexandrea (Hayo) Sego, Hunter (Cameron) Belden, Zachary Sego, Trenten Belden, Bethany Sego, Asher Belden, Maggie Sego, Roselyn Sego and Junior Sego; siblings, Judith Sandefur, Russell (Donna) Sandefur, Doyle (Joy) Sandefur, Ernestene (Ron) Nickrent, Glendene Lane. As well as many nieces and nephews that held very specials place in his heart. Myron graduated from Allegan Senior High School in 1975. Myron's early career was spent at Imperial Carving then MilCraft. He worked for Quality Hangers and Crescent Pipe until he was unable to work. Myron loved his family to the fullest. He was happiest when surrounded by his grandchildren. He loved watching NASCAR and had a vast collection of Dale Earnhardt memorabilia. His favorite days were when his entire family was with him. A celebration of Myron's life is planned for May 2, 2021, from 1:00pm - 5:00pm, at The Hartman Center. 690 Eastern Ave. Allegan, MI 49010.
