Murle Clark

Murle Elaine (Hirdes) Clark 7-27-1928 - 1-9-2020 Murle passed away peacefully at her home in Grand Rapids on Thursday, January 9, 2020. Murle was born on July 27, 1928, in Zeeland, Michigan to the late Corey and Maggie (Jelsma) Hirdes. After living in Colorado for many years, she moved back to Grand Rapids. She was preceded in death by Julian (Duke) Dupey. She is survived by her three sons, Michael (Laura) Dupey, Mark Dupey, and Jeff (Kathleen) Dupey; four grandchildren, Jalyn Phelps, Joshua (Tanya) Dupey, Justin (Suzy) Dupey, and Lauren Dupey; five great-grandchildren, Ella, Jakey, Daxy, Rivenna, and Aurora; and niece, Judy (Bill) Dyke. Murle was a social butterfly where she lived at Heron Manor, involved in all their activities with all her very dear close friends. She loved to needle point, crochet, listen to her music, and loved watching the birds. She made the best coconut cream pie and home made hot fudge. Her most favorite time spent, was with her family, cherishing every minute. She will be so very sadly missed. Memorial contributions can be made and sent to Spectrum Health Hospice.
