Michael Phillips

Michael Dean Phillips, age 65, of Greenville and formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022 at home under the loving care of his family and Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of Kenneth Wayne & Jennie Lee (Jackson) Phillips, he was born on August 23, 1956 in Santa Monica, California. On July 16, 2005, he married Anna Marie Hogle-Phillips. Michael was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with family and his grandkids. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and siblings, Connie McCallough and Danny Phillips. Surviving are his wife, Anna Hogle-Phillips; sister, LeeAnn Aguayo; nieces; children, Kenneth Phillips; step-children, Anthony Hogle (Jillian), and James Hogle (Chrissy); grand children, Nathaniel Hogle, Mariah Hogle, Jasmine Hogle, and Anthony Hogle Jr. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Christiansen's Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Greenville, (616) 754-5638, honored providers of Veterans Funeral Care.
