Michael Osborn

Michael Anthony Osborn, age 57, of Greenville, passed away early Thursday morning, January 6, 2022 at his home under the loving care of his family and Spectrum Health Hospice. The son of Gordon Amos & Kathleen Anne (Mutchler) Osborn, he was born on December 9, 1964 in Fremont. After graduating from Grant High School, he earned his associates degree from Davenport College. On November 12, 1994, at Sparta Baptist Church, he married Amy Jo Kaselau and together they raised four children and enjoyed 27 years of marriage. Mike worked for a number of years in automobile sales and more recently as a bus driver with Wakefield-Marenisco School District in Michigan's Upper Peninsula -- a job he truly delighted in. He also enjoyed woodworking, auto mechanics, and building and he attended Sidney Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lori Osborn; his father, Gordon Osborn; and a nephew, Andrew Osborn. Surviving are his wife, Amy Osborn of Greenville; their children, Elizabeth & Daniel Backus, Barnabas & Megan Osborn, Harmony Osborn, and Micah Osborn; two grandchildren, Aurora Osborn and Audree Osborn; his mother, Kathy; a brother, Tim & Sharon Osborn; parents-in-law, Todd & Lois Johnson; siblings-in-law, Lori & Paul Shavalier; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Sidney Christian Church, 2917 W. Sidney Road, Sidney, with the Rev.
