Matthew Stephen Perry, 1 month, 5 day old infant son of Nichole (Gallagher) and Jack Perry, returned to Heaven on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. Matthew was born in Metairie, Louisiana on January 15, 2008 and was treasured and adored by all those who loved him. He is survived by his parents, Nichole & Jack Perry; a sister Allison Belle Perry, all of New Orleans, La.; his grandparents, Julia & James McEwen of Crystal, Sandra & Rick Gotwalt of Stanton, and Bobby Gallagher of Vestaburg; great grandparents, Lori Hartwick, Dorothy McEwen, Nancy Davis, Michael Makohon, Robert & Helen Gallagher, and Susie & Virgil Davis; great-great grandfather, Joe Kanikowski; aunts and uncles, James Perry, Carmen Scheuneman, Shannon Boire, Japhett Gallagher, Kelly Brune, Daniel Gotwalt, Mindy Gotwalt, and Amber Lewis; several great aunts, great uncles; and many cousins.
