Matthew Farr

Matthew S. Farr, age 45, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019. He was born on August 9, 1973 in Grand Rapids, to Scott Richter & Carolyn Farr. Matt enjoyed riding his Harley and spending time with his two sons. He worked at Roskam Bakery. Survivors include his sons, Jacob & Noah Farr; parents, Scott Richter and Carolyn Farr Petree; sisters, Erica (Petree) Foote, Danielle Price, Katie Richter and Mari Short; step sister, Regina Biesiada; brother, Scott Richter; grandmothers, Faye Farr and Hannah Lindstrom; nephews, Brody Petree, Drew Foster, Colton and Levi. He is preceded in death by stepfather, Richard Petree. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave SE, Grand Rapids. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm.
