Mary Gray

Mary Louise Gray, age 69, of White Cloud, passed away on December 8, 2020 at home under the loving care of her son, Mark, and Spectrum Health Hospice. The daughter of Lester Sargent & Mary Westphal, she was born on February 19, 1951 in Grand Rapids. Mary was a twenty-year breast cancer survivor, and lost her battle to COPD. She had worked at the Westinghouse/Knoll Group in Kentwood, retiring after forty years. During her life, she enjoyed many hobbies and interests, but her greatest joy was always her family-she was a proud mother and nana. She was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Clifford; her father, Lester Sargent; and her brother, Darwin Miller. Surviving are her loving son, Mark (Kellie) Clifford; her darling grandchildren, Hailey and Nathan; mother, Mary Grasiewicz; siblings; Dan (Paula) Sargent, Leslie (John) Hage and Dawn Sargent; many nieces and nephews; and her estranged husband Jim (Paula) Clifford. Her family would like to thank Spectrum Health Hospice care workers for their support during this very difficult time.
