Marva Kerr

Marva Jean Kerr, age 86, of Hudsonville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. She was born on April 15, 1937, in Grand Rapids, MI, to the late Ward & Lucille (Merritt) Hill. She is survived by her sister Nancy. She was preceded by her sister Bonnie and brothers Michael and Roger. On October 6, 1956, Marva married her enduring love Thomas R. Kerr. They shared 67 years of marriage before his passing on August 17, 2023. She enjoyed traveling the world including 4 continents, playing cards with her close friends and visits to the casino. Her surviving family includes her two sons, Kerry and Curtis; 5 grandchildren, Amanda, Rachael, Morgan, Brian and Stacey; and 4 great-grandchildren Kian, Maci, Gabriel and Cora. Per Marva’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service is to be planned at a later date.
