Mark S. Booth, age 59, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Spectrum Health Nursing & Rehab Center. The son of Roland & Carolyn (Jazwinski) Booth, he was born on September 5, 1953 in Detroit. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
