Marilyn Frankboner

Marilyn Fankboner, age 80, of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. The daughter of Oglene & Zella Irene (Smith) Hardesty, she was born on May 24, 1931 in Norris City, Illinois and over the years lived in Las Vegas, Nevada and McLeansboro, Illinois before coming to Greenville. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Fankboner on April 14, 2002. Surviving are her children, Mary Jane Bauman of Leslie, Carol & Larry Fulger of Greenville, and Clyde & Marsha Rush of Enfield, Illinois; nine grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and twenty-six great-great grandchildren. Arrangements were entrusted to the Christiansen Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Greenville.
