Marian Terry

TERRY - Marian Elizabeth (Lathrop) Terry, age 85, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 12, 2011. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who was always delighted when her family gathered around her. She also loved gardening, golf and doing arts and crafts and traveling around the world. Marian will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 64 years, Edwin Vance; her daughters, Joan (John) Nelson, Susan (Jim) Casares, and Elizabeth Jane Cassidy; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren; her sisters, Shirley (Joe) Dunder, Arlene (Harold) VanderWerf, and Ann (Edd) Meyers; and her many nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Wesley Park United Methodist Church with Pastor Dean Prentiss. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Faith Hospice, 2100 Raybrook St. SE, Suite 300, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
