Marguerite Brown

Marguerite "Margie" Ann Brown (Chase), 80, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at home under the care of Emmanuel Hospice. The daughter of Clinton & Ila (Shoup) Chase, she was born on October 27, 1937. Marge was a fun and devoted wife and supportive mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed ceramics, crafts, family reunions, and friends - in both Florida and Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Pete, brother; Doug, and grandson; Randy. Surviving are her children, Connie & Ken Pepper, Bonnie Hayward, Jim & Dawn Brown, and Ken & Lauren Brown; eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; sister, Carol & Tom Galmore; brother, Bill & Linda Chase; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
