Margaret Thatcher

Margaret Ann Thatcher, age 79, long time resident of Grand Rapids, passed away Saturday August 5, 2017 at the home of her son, under the care of Faith Hospice and her family. She was born January 19, 1938 to Frederick & Jeanette (Franks) Maile in Paris Township (Kentwood). She was preceded in death by her parents; Ernest Thatcher, father of her children; and Irvin Jansma, longtime friend. Surviving are her siblings, Katherine Driscoll, Charles & Eva Maile, Roger & Bonnie Maile, Teresa & Debra Maile-Johnston; her children, Susan & Eric Rowan and William & Sandra Thatcher; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be announced at later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Christiansen Cremation & Funeral Care, Greenville.
