Marcia Smith

Marcia Gay (Saur) Smith, age 76, of Grand Rapids (formerly Grandville), left this earthly life to join her Lord and Savior, Thursday, January 18, 2018 after a long courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Marcia worked for many years as a legal secretary, and later in life as a secretary in a realty office. She was known for her sweet and loving disposition to the end. Marcia held a keen interest in and love for American Indians and animals. She is survived by her husband, Donald; as well as several cousins. Many thanks to the loving and caring staff in the Memory Care unit at Covenant Village of the Great Lakes, who cared for her as part of their family for nearly four years.
