Manuela Velez, age 95, of Walker City, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Sanctuary at St. Mary's. The daughter of Marcos & Maria (Morales) Velez, she was born on October 25, 1918 in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
