Mae Anes

Mae M. Anes, age 83, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Trillium Woods under the care of Faith Hospice. She was born on March 6, 1938, in Grand Rapids, to James C. & Virginia (Devoue) Turner. She graduated from Union High School. Mae married Terry D. Anes on March 27, 1959. She worked at local hospitals as a patient transporter. Mae enjoyed her family, knitting, canning, game nights with friends, nutty bars and ice cream. Survivors include her husband, Terry D. Anes; children, Kerry Anes, Leslie (Tom) Dean, Penny Anes; grandchildren, Raine Anes, Ashleigh (Jacob) Pinkerton, Ben Dean, Abigail Dean; great-grandchildren, Sean Anes, Ella, Adalee and Jenson Pinkerton A Private family dinner was held in Mae's memory.
