She was an avid gardener and maintained beautiful flower gardens around her home and yard for over 40 years. Her other hobbies were doll collecting, depression glass collecting and making puzzles. She liked to travel with her husband to Mackinac Island, Branson, Missouri, and a trip to California. Mabel had many friends and was known to go out of her way to help others. She was always there with love and support for her family and her friends.
A private interment will take place at Winchester Cemetery in Byron Center.
