Mabel Estell Andersen, age 76, of Muskegon, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Hospice of North Ottawa Care Facility. The daughter of Lloyd & Ethel (Moore) Horton, she was born on February 22, 1941 in Ludington.
