Louis Steward

Louis Michael Steward, age 44, of Ionia, passed away early Tuesday morning, November 8, 2022 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing following a brief illness. The son of Donalyn Jean (Schrauben) & Richard Lyle Steward, he was born on March 17, 1978 in Phoenix, Arizona and was a 1996 graduate of San Ramon High School in San Ramon, California. Louis spent most of his career in the food service and hospitality industry, most recently as kitchen manager at Applebee's in Ionia. He enjoyed spending time with his children at the family cottage and golfing. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard L. Steward. Surviving are his mother and step-father, Doni & Brent Jackson of Wylie, Texas; his children, Lucy, Lilly, Parker and Alexandria; sisters, Nicole Myers of Round Rock, Texas and Jamie Iacovazzi of Wylie, Texas; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
