Lorinda Rutherford

Lorinda "Lynn" Wilson Rutherford of Fennville, MI, age 72, died August 25, 2019. Lynn was born in Flint, MI, graduated from Fenton High School and attended Oakland University. She resided in Fenton, Flint and Grand Rapids. Lynn retired as an Operations Supervisor for the United States Postal Service at Grand Rapids. Lynn and Steve loved to travel to interesting places around the world. Her artistic ability was beyond compare, creating a beautiful garden, carved wooden bowls, boxes, and exquisite yarn work. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Allen Wilson, in 2017 and husband, Garry Rutherford, in 1986. She is survived by Steve Vandenboss of Fennville; mother, Lorene Wilson of Grand Blanc; sisters, Diane (Fred) Taylor of Charleston, SC and Janette Wilson of Grand Blanc, niece, Sarah Fauerbach, of VA and nephew, Dr. John Fauerbach, of SC and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Lynn's corneas were donated to Eversight Michigan. Contributions may be made to Eversight Michigan. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
