Linda Elizabeth Beall, age 70, of Lakeview, Michigan, passed away Wednesday evening, October 21, 2026, at home under the care of her daughter and Corewell Health Hospice.

The daughter of Harrison Buell & Lorraine Gilbert (Forner) Beall, she was born on February 2, 1956, in Jackson, Michigan.

Linda grew up on a family farm near Clark Lake, Michigan, later on moving to Hemlock, Michigan which is where she raised her two daughters. During the past 20 years, she has resided in Lakeview to be closer to her grandchildren.

Linda graduated from Napoleon High School, class of 1974. Later on she completed a correction officers program and went through a trade school to obtain a commercial driver's license. This was by far Linda's favorite career, as she thoroughly enjoyed being able to travel the country and see so many beautiful places.

Linda grew up with horses and passed the love of horses onto her daughters. She was an American Paint Horse breeder, trained horses for herself and others, and enjoyed showing in the western pleasure classes. Trail riding/camping was also always something that she very much enjoyed, her last trip being just a little over a month ago. She had to get one last ride in.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison & Lorraine Beall; a daughter, Heather Lynn Beattie; and a sister, Brenda Powers.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Hillary & Donald King of Lakeview; four grandchildren, Noah Striker, Emily King, Jase King, and Taylor Cummings; two sisters, Wanda Besnahan and Sara Bowerman; and five nieces and nephews, Renee Mousavie Dill, Sean Powers, Amanda Powers, Adam Taggart, and Lacy Hinkle.

Honoring Linda’s wishes, no services will be held.
