Lester Hyde

Lester Ernest Hyde, age 86, of Grand Rapids, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. The son of Lester & Ellen (Huling) Hyde, he was born on July 9, 1925 in Grand Rapids and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. Survivors include a daughter, Sherree Hyde of Grand Rapids; and two sons, Michael Hyde and David Hyde. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and services are being planned for a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
