Lawrence Renfroe

Lawrence "Bud" Renfroe, age 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Thursday, September 3, 2015. He was born in South Bend, Indiana on Jan. 11, 1944. He enlisted into the Navy at age 17. He went on to become a car salesman, mechanic, and a welder/fabricator. When he wasn't hard at work you could find him competing for a trophy with the Michigan Ice Racing Association, fishing, or going on a scenic drive. He loved visiting with family while watching a live sporting event. He was an innovator unafraid to try new things. He is survived by his four children, Mike, Jill, Morrison (Stephanie), and Jena (Tim); 8 grandchildren; his sister Becky Clark; many nieces and nephews; and loving friends.
