Lauri James

Lauri Lea James, 56, passed away Sunday evening, April 21, 2019 with her family at her side. The daughter of Willard & Ruthann (Fleeman) Charles, she was born November 1, 1962 in Plainwell. Lauri cherished spending time at Long Lake with her family every summer. She had a passion for flamingos, and loved to spend her time on the front porch swing. Lauri's favorite times were those spent with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father. Lauri is survived by her husband, Rodger; daughters, Megan & Ron Green, and Melissa & Jose Martinez; mother, Ruthann Charles; sister, Cindy & Jody Talbert; grandchildren, Kyla, Larry, Jaylezay, Kinslei, and Brinleigh; many nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
